Naturopathic Heath Assessment and diet and lifestyle treatment

Emma from Ellerslie

I am training to be a Naturopath at The South Pacific College of Natural Medicine in Ellerslie, where we focus on diet and lifestyle choices to help people in their journey to wellness. I am in my final year and my fellow students and I are inviting clients to come to our supervised student clinic. The charge is $40 which covers all consultations and follow up visits. Herbs and supplements are not included. Clients may call the clinic to book in to see me or any or the 50 amazing students who all bring other qualifications and a host of life experience to natural health. Your clients may call 0800 100 638 and ask for the student clinic and be put through to one of us. These clinics are run during the working day and evenings from early April until the end of November. I look forward to seeing you there.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
