Hi neighbours - Locals are getting behind a campaign backing a proposed expressway in Horowhenua.
The expressway could attract bigger businesses and create jobs, which would help ease poverty, unemployment and mental health problems. Business owner Phil Metcalf says "It makes us that little bit closer to Wellington, which means big businesses will want to come here and set up."
