'Crash Corner' Street Meeting - 3 August, 10am.
Hi neighbours, following my petition calling on Auckland Transport to commit funding and urgently improve the safety of Church and Victoria Street intersection, they have agreed to install a roundabout. But, construction for this won't start until July 2020.
Over 6 days, we've seen 4 serious crashes here. This is simply not good enough and lives are being put at risk. We need IMMEDIATE ACTION NOW from Auckland Transport.
Come along to my street-corner meeting and send AT a message! Police will be in attendance to share an announcement.
When: Saturday 3 August, 10-10.30am
Where: Corner of Church and Victoria Street intersection, Onehunga
