Adult Stencil Art Class
Hi Everyone.
I'm going to be running an adult stencil art class called "Wine, Cheese and Stencils" on Saturday 17th August, 10am - 3pm at The Barn Studio, Wainui, if you'd like to have a go. Learn to cut and spray your own layered stencils using spray paint or acrylic, and then complete a beautiful stenciled canvas to take home. This is a stencil class with a twist- you also get wine, cheese and lunch provided! All welcome, beginners through to advanced. $65 for the day (includes all materials, lunch and a glass of wine). Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
