FIT KIDS programme at StrataFit
If you're looking for an activity to add into the after school schedule then come check out FIT KIDS at StrataFit on Monday's and Wednesday's at 3.30pm. The 45 minute session covers off skills and co-ordination based games, plus kids workouts, which are all about teaching them that exercise can be fun! It's only $10 per child and for ages 5-12. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
