A Weekend workshop with Lifestyle Medicine Expert and Cancer Survivor

Hey Neighbours! So pleased to announce this event. Dr Patterson and myself have been planning this workshop for over a year now. We are delivering a workshop that combines mindfulness and meditation, with leading nutrition, lifestyle and health sciences for optimal well-being and happiness. Dr Patterson is a top anti ageing legend, chiropractor, author, and terminal cancer survivor with so many incredible gifts to share in this space. Most degenerative diseases can be prevented with the right lifestyle practices. This weekend will include the latest research from Harvard Medical School, and others, that provides evidence for this. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
