Rubbish
I am so angry. I just witnessed a lady in a red/burgandy car similar look to a Toyota tarago last 2 numbers of license plate 94 put a big black rubbish bag in our already full wheelie bin. I was too slow to get the full license plate as she was very quick. Why can't people pay for their own rubbish to be taken. And no posts of because it's too expensive because we already know this having to pay for our own to be taken.
