Exceed welcomes New Team Member
In July we welcomed Royce Mountfort to the Mission Bay / St Heliers Exceed team.
Royce has been in the automotive industry for over 16 years and was looking for a new challenge and career path. His strong background in mechanical engineering, along with his experience in sales and customer service makes him ideally suited for the position of Service Technician.
Franchise owner Robert Hammerton decided to employ another full time Service Technician after being so busy for the last nine months that we were unable to provide the level of service we wanted to. Wait times for bookings blew out to six weeks for several months this year. Having Royce on board has already meant a significant reduction in wait times for us to get a Technician to look at window and door repairs.
Royce lives in the area and he and his wife Amy have twin four year old boys who will be starting a local school next year. Attached is a photo of Royce with a digital lock he installed.
