Check out this great campaign that's urging expectant mums to sleep on their side to help reduce the risk of stillbirth. Local Wellington mum Catherine Maetzig has got involved and is using her experience to help educate others. Nice work Catherine!

Im holding a summer fruit tree pruning workshop at Mangaroa Farms at 12 pm -2 pm on 17th Jan. Cost $35 per person.
We will tackle all things Summer health wise for your fruit trees along with summer tree pruning and why it matters.
