Lessons learned from buying a house
Hi there. A few years ago I wrote a book about buying a house using location based services like maps, apps and websites like Neighbourly. Now I am looking at writing a course to help people avoid mistakes like I have in the past, especially by focussing on the house and its features rather than other things like demographics, crime, education, local amenities, commuting etc. I'm keen to hear from people about lessons they have learned and perhaps share here. Please note I am not in the Real Estate Industry or trying to sell anything here.
