Winter property maintenance
Its winter - time for those inside property maintenance jobs like minor alterations, cleaning, painting, tiling. It's always great to receive good feedback. One lady said "Shirley & Chris, first of all we just want to say a huge 'Thank You' to Chris for all the work he has carried out todate.
He does a great job and often I am not home when he is here so not onsite to Thank him personally.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
