If you really want the whole package, choose our self defense class. At NZSDA, students will learn practical techniques that focus on function rather than form—and we make sure that children get the attention and mentoring that they need to succeed, our youth program is specifically for those between the ages 10-15 (Junior Classes) and 6-9 (Kids Classes). Our program encourages students to avoid confrontation, but if the confrontation escalates, they will know how to defend themselves and fight back.
