Xtramail difficulty
Is anyone else experiencing difficulty with Spark Xtra webmail - "xtramail" ? Experiencing difficulty deleting mails, and recently found 4 hours of inbox e-mails disappeared last Friday i.e. all those received between 0600 and 1000. Subsequently discovered re-inserted with e-mails received 4 days previously. 45 minutes on the telephone with Spark a complete waste of time. Re-booting, clearing cache etc. on computer has made no difference. " 'tis a puzzlement," said Alice.
