Free Infant Massage Course
I have just completed an intensive four day infant massage instructors course. In order to become an IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) certified instructor, I now need to complete some assignment work and teach a five week course. I am inviting parents with babies from 1 - 12 months old to register for this FREE five week course in Westshore, starting on Tuesday
10th April, 9.30 am. Each class lasts 60 - 90 min including morning tea and a discussion topic. For further information phone Irene on 0273464857.
This is a research based programme. The benefits of nurturing touch are extensive for both baby and parent, including promoting bonding and attachment, stimulation of the immune system, relief of gas and colic, and relaxation leading to improved sleep patterns.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
