Peer Support for people on SLP in Naenae and Porirua
Do you know or work with people who get the Supported Living Payment (previously the Invalid’s Benefit) for mental health conditions and are registered at the Naenae or Porirua Work and Income office?
The peer support pilot is a new opportunity for them to get support and make positive changes to their lives to help with their long-term recovery.
This pilot is voluntary – taking part will not affect people’s benefit.
PeerZone is a Wellington based peer-led social enterprise that provides resources and support for people with mental distress and the people who support them. For more info go to www.peerzone.info...
