Capital City Motors supporting the community!

Capital City Motors

It’s with great pleasure that we have recently formalised a relationship with the Wellington Children’s Hospital. As part of this, we have donated them two vehicles – a Ford Focus and Mazda CX-3 which look fantastic and will be seen around town a lot!

Capital City Motors have been a proud Wellington business since 1923 and with that longevity comes a responsibility to give back to the community and we couldn’t think of a more deserving organisation than the children’s hospital. Learn more

Poll: Would you participate in local initiatives aimed at stopping plastic from reaching our oceans?

Volunteers will be scouring the foreshore, riverbanks, and islands for rubbish on Saturday the 13th as part of the Clean Up the Hutt event.

This initiative helps stop plastic from reaching our oceans and makes our waterways cleaner and safer for everyone.

We want to know: Should this be rolled out across all coastal cities in Aotearoa? And more importantly… would you get involved? 💚

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
