Can you recommend someone you've used?

I'm planning some renovations.
I need a builder to come and take and look and advise on the condition of the current home and whether what I'm planning is possible.
Like everyone, I'd like someone with reasonable rates and quality work.

I'd like them to take a look over the weekend or next Tuesday afternoon.
