Anyone use Airbnb to rent out spare room? How much demand?
Airbnb hosts in Whangaparaoa area - how much demand is there for short term rentals near the beach? I'm wondering if there are people that have spare rooms rented quite frequently, or if it only really happens in peak summer times? Would really love to hear feedback from Airbnb users about their hosting experience and if they feel there is enough demand for space in the area that you can make some decent money from renting a spare room. Thanks!
