Hello neighbours,
Are you in the market for custom-made, individualized cakes and bakes that accomodate special diets? I have been baking for my coeliac family since 1997 and run a totally gluten-free kitchen. I am well-versed in special dietary requirements and can make my cakes to exclude dairy, soy, corn, and any other ingredients that need to be avoided. Here are some of the cakes I specialize in:
