Two individual consulting rooms available for lease at the busy new retail development in Stanmore Bay.
Stanmore Bay Dental Studio has two consulting rooms of 10.4m² and 10.8m². They are available with flexible terms and would particularly suit allied medical professionals.
In addition to the consulting rooms, the lease includes the shared use of the reception/waiting room, two bathrooms, lunch room/kitchen and outdoor courtyard.
