In an emergency MDNS work thith the Emergency Management Group sending out alerts and is able to identify households that can provide help in an emergency and plus those that have high needs. This can be important when an emergency hits. As well as this we send out regular alerts and feed forward information to help reduce crime.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
