Theres been a huge increase in the number of shoes thrown onto overhead lines. Shoes on lines can be used to indicate drug houses, potential targets for theft, or just out of mischief. DO you have shoes on lines near your property? Have you noticed heavy foot or vehicle traffic, at odd times off day?
