Who crashed into the Little Theatre's trailer?
At about 2am last Tuesday 6th December some kind-hearted individual crashed into a street light on Kenrick St and rear-ended the theatre's yellow advertising trailer. The trailer is very badly damaged. Trying to find out from the police (who no longer have a presence in Te Aroha) who did this has had about the same amount of luck as a one-legged man in a bum kicking contest. If anyone has any information as to who did this would you please contact me on 07 8847932. The theatre's committee are keen to have a chat with this individual.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
