Teresa from Raumanga

Thurs 22/06/17 buy a 98 honda odyssey $1730.00 on trade me site, guy shows up late for trade bout 4:30pm no service papers assures me car is good at Albany Mall. Car advertised full yearly service done, owned 4 yrs, no mechanical problems, seats folded down at back not used space needed for business use, runs smooth. I drive car back to Whangarei over 50 mph car shakes. Take car to Autocare Whg this morn front brake rotors worn, upper and lower front ball joints need replacing, engine oil leaks and on rocket cover, lift back seats from boot unrepairable water logged, boot in water, rust damage to roof and rear door frame and hinges. Take car to Imperial Panelbeaters roof rusted and not structurally safe, rust on rear door and roof has been covered over with bog and paint, they called it suspicious activity. They said the car is not safe on the road the entire roof needs to be removed and replaced. The estimate cost for all repairs $4500.00. Not economical to repair. I have filled out disputes report to Trade me stating false advertising car damaged. I have both reports and photos by email. What rights do I have to get money refunded?
