Stormwater work on Kamo Road this Saturday
G'day Kamo!
We're doing some work to re-line the stormwater pipe from 1 to 39 Kamo road this Saturday 14 November, completing Sunday 15 November.
The footpath will be occupied by the work but our traffic management plan allows for people to pass through on foot.
This work allows us to remove obstructions such as dirt, tree roots and other unwanted items from inside the pipe - the pipe will flow better after it's cleared. Some parts of the line will be completely replaced and that can be noisy - so please expect some noise from the works (especially on Saturday).
Our contractor has been in touch with directly affected local residents separately.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
