Mechanical Stepper Machine

PETER & SUE from Orewa

This is a great way to do stepping. The strength needed for each step can be increased or decreased depending on what you require. Very stable to use and in excellent condition. Wouldn't be getting rid of it if there was room where we are going. Has a counter on it that shows the number of steps you have done, the time you have been working, the calories you have used and the number of repetitions per minute. Very easy to set / reset. Gives an excellent workout and can easily be stored under a bed. Pick up is central Orewa. Phone 09 4265425.

Price: $25

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
