Managing Grief Talk at Christmas and other milestones
TOMORROW: Tue, 24 November @ 10am
Hibiscus Coast Presbyterian Church
107 Centreway Road, Orewa
The Grief Centre Counsellor will discuss grief and how we face Christmas and other significant milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries.
These milestones - supposedly a time of joy and celebration, can accentuate the absence of those we miss. How do we cope with the empty seat at the table? We will look at ways to manage grief through these trying times.
