Looking for a 1-2 bed rental

Amanda from Dairy Flat - Redvale

Hi Neighbours
** he has now found something through this post thanks! ** My friend wants to move into the area, lovely guy really reliable. Currently working full time on the watercare contract for Downer as a perm employee so super reliable for rent! Hes a kiwi, loves outdoors, nature and very quiet and considerate. Just looking for a place for him, no pets, non smoker. Hes happy to maintain a property and ideally looking for a minor dwelling with a bit of nature around / view. Hes an arborist consultant and super helpful, down to earth and easy going. Happy to look at some sort of flat share or house share type arrangement if it feels right. Please contact me to discuss further. Budget is competitive just not really finding the right thing on trademe as he needs a car park space for the work vehicle not on street parking which is mainly on offer on trademe. Cant stress what a nice guy he is and hes been a great tenant always keeps place tidy and maintained and no fuss type of tenant!

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
