Any one see a BLUE BEACH BUGGY...a Blue Polaris being towed ON FRIDAY... STOLEN FROM WEITI VIEWS, STANMORE BAY AREA....
Was being towed by a black SUV type wagon. Two dark skinned characters, possibly Indian descent...
