We are a couple in our 30s with an infant.

We have a medium sized room to rent in our 3 bedroom house, can be furnished wth queen sized bed.

You will be sharing the bathroom with another male flatmate and all of us shares the kitchen and living room.

Rent $190 per week, only suitable for:
- a single mature full time working person
- friendly and sociable
- non smoker,🚭
- no pets
- no heavy drinker
- tidy and keeps the room and common area clean
- pays rent on time
- can tolerate a baby 😎👶
- no heavy cooking
- parking available within the property

Rent includes utilities but excludes winter power.

High speed unlimited Wifi Fibre available.

To sign flatmate agreement.
