Selling our lovely home!

Chris from Gulf Harbour

As our family increases in size, its time for us to upsize our home. We've been here for 7 years, and really grown to love the area, neighbours and home.

We've done a lot of work to get this house into a home - replaced the flooring with oak from Belgium, new en-suite, carpeting, fencing for dogs, insulation top and bottom, more decks, fitted a spa..the list goes on.

This is your opportunity to enjoy the lifestyle we've grown to love.

Open homes each Sunday at 12 - 12.45pm, but if you're keen to explore options, just reach out! Chris on 021 022 42749

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
