My Kind Neighbour nomination
This week I have been quite ill and my neighbours have been fantastic. My friends came and got me ambulance service and took my little dog for the night when I had to go in to hospital, picked me up and brought me home when I was discharged. Then my next door neighbour and her friend have been walking my little dog every day, came and mowed my lawns without me even asking for help. They check on me daily and are so kind. My other friend who works all the hours God sent, still found time to bring food around and visit, and others have rung regularly and offered help and comfort. I cannot express how supported this has made me feel whilst recovering, and to top it off they are all older than me by quite a bit. What a wonderful community I live in, how blessed I feel being a part of it.
