12 Important Questions to ask when Choosing your Property Manager (Part 1 of 6)

Andrew from Personal Property Management

I always get asked what questions should I ask when choosing a Property Manager, so I thought I would put together each week a snippet of two questions and answers from "Personal Property Management" perspective.

Part 1 of 6

1) Does the agency have a dedicated Property Management Department?

PPM answer: We specialise in Property Management. It’s our passion. We don’t have any other side areas we just focus on Property Management and our point of difference is one person handles all aspects of the rental from the owner to the property and the tenancy.

2) Are you a real estate investor yourself?
PPM answer: I own my own property in Karori and have done extensive renovations to make it into a 4-bedroom plus in the progress of turning the rumpus room into a one-bedroom flat - underneath our current house. I have also helped my father with his 7 rentals ever since I was young – it's been like a family business. My goal this year is to buy my first rental investment.

If you have any questions about your rental or need some advice please don't hesitate to call Andrew 0274 888 933 PPM

Poll: Would you participate in local initiatives aimed at stopping plastic from reaching our oceans?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Volunteers will be scouring the foreshore, riverbanks, and islands for rubbish on Saturday the 13th as part of the Clean Up the Hutt event.

This initiative helps stop plastic from reaching our oceans and makes our waterways cleaner and safer for everyone.

We want to know: Should this be rolled out across all coastal cities in Aotearoa? And more importantly… would you get involved? 💚

Want the details? The Post has you covered.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
