Road resurfacing - Tawa Main Road
From Wednesday 20 January until 12 February, we will be completing resurfacing work on large sections of Tawa Main Road.
There will be stop/go traffic management, detours and in some locations reduced speed limits.
The work has been divided into sections with 3 sections of night work and 3 sections of day work.
The timing and traffic management has been designed to minimise the impact to the public.
Thank you for your understanding and patience while we get this road in ship shape.

Some New Zealanders are re-imagining funerals by making their own coffin or having a relaxed ceremony at home. Would you want a less traditional funeral? Share your thoughts below.
