Owhiro Bay sea wall replacement
Work will begin today on the fourth stage of the Owhiro Bay sea wall replacement on the eastern side of Owhiro Parade.
The work is expected to be completed in February and crews will be on-site between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (weather dependent).
Vehicle and pedestrian access will be restricted at times and there will be a one-lane traffic light system in place.
Please take extra care when passing through the area in a vehicle, on a bike, scooter or on foot.
Thank you for your patience while we do this mahi to make Owhiro Parade safer and more resilient for the future.
