Improving route 309 connections to buses
From Monday 29 April, we're introducing timetable improvements to the 309 school bus route in the Wairarapa.
The 3:15pm bus trip from Makoura College to Carterton will now leave 5 minutes earlier at 3:10pm. This change is designed to help improve the connection buses have with the 313 bus service in Carterton.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
