New playground
We've started work on an awesome new playground in Island Bay! The play space is being built between the skate bowl and the children's bike track beside Adelaide Road, opposite Wakefield park. Children participated in the consultation and provided many wonderful and useful ideas. There's going to be a climbing tower, a high slide and a 30 metre flying fox as well as a carousel and basket swing! Watch this space and check out the link for more info:
