Age Concern Steady As You Go classes
Save yourself from a fall by attending an Age Concern New Zealand Steady As You Go (SAYGo) class and improve your leg strength and balance. Classes take place 1-2pm on Tuesdays in Vogelmorn Hall and cost $3. For more info, call 04 499 6646 or email communitysup@acwellington.org.nz.
