Lynley Christoffersen and Jade Eru weave a vocal magic that can only come from years of singing together. They have lent their sweet soulful harmonies to many artists around Aotearoa, (including Wayne Mason, Darren Watson, Pip Paynes Gospel project) and are currently touring with The Fleetwood Mac Experience.
We celebrate the release of their original EP, The Tempests, which brings their vocal blend to the fore. They will be performing with their incredible band of musical maestros - Chris Armour and Rob Matthews, (guitars), Miklin Halstead (bass) and Richard te One (drums). Joined by their dear friend Hamish Graham (Hobnail, Shot band, Milkthistle & Love Shack) who opens their set with his lush and lively, beautifully crafted original songs.

How do we know? Kākāpō only 'get busy' during rimu mast events (where rimu grow heaps of fruit), every 2-4 years. Because we can anticipate rimu mast events, and kākāpō love rimu fruit, we can predict kākāpō breeding activity.
Since there are only 242 kākāpō today, this bumper season is important.
This positive outlook on population numbers is especially exciting since, due to the mahi of conservationists, the kākāpō have completed their first season on the North island (at Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari). The booming of the kākāpō has not been heard on the North Island of Aotearoa for over a century!

Americana and Country music band Harvest Moon feature a dazzling array of instruments including pedal steel, mandolin, guitars, banjo, accordion, and dobro, playing a diverse collection of classics from legends like Johnny Cash, John Prine, Dwight Yoakam, and Neil Young. The Wellington-based band’s front-man, lead vocalist Rob Reid provides a powerful and smooth singing style; founding member & multi instrumentalist Garrett Evans plays pedal steel, dobro, guitars and sings vocals too; Dave Allen is Harvest Moon’s lead guitarist and banjo player - he also plays in Salty Hearts and Hogsnort Bulldogs Goodtime Show; another original member, Wayne Mills plays keys, accordion, bass and sings; A veteran of NZ’s vibrant 60s and 70s music scene, bassist Frits Stigter brings a wealth of experience and groove; On percussion - Robert Antonio is another well-known personality in the close-knit Wellington musical scene.
