Kilbirnie Crescent has now reopened to two-way traffic. The fire- damaged buildings have been scaffolded and the engineer working for the owner and the insurance company has declared the buildings safe, so the barriers restricting traffic have been removed. The fire- damaged buildings have been scaffolded and the engineer working for the owner and the insurance company has declared the buildings safe, so the barriers restricting traffic have been removed. This is a huge relief as the temporary arragements were causing big delays to buses and general traffic. Duncan Terrace remains closed but will hopefully be reopened soon.
