It's decision time right now with these attractive purpose-built units on freehold title, era of build 1970-1979. These two very well-maintained units of approx. 75sqm each are separately metered, and both are rented out, on short-term tenancy agreements with tenants' keen to stay on. The opportunity to use it as an investment to service the mortgage, and or live there, is entirely your decision when you own it. The outlook is quite beautiful over looking the Western Hills, and there is sun flooding into the properties until late in the day.
The floor plans are very practical; two double bedrooms, with spacious living combined dining areas connecting to deck and garden. The kitchens adjoin the living areas, which offer excellent storage and the tidy bathrooms each include a laundry. A double carport and additional off-street parking. There's an established garden, with native trees and bird life.
The walk to the bus-stop is 5 minutes, and the special commuter bus #13 drops you at The Terrace and home again. Highly Recommended Viewing. Combined RV $490,000pa. Combined Rental $590pw. Combined Council Rates $2,631.68pa. LIM and builders report available on request. Please contact me for your inspection and drop box information. Open Homes, or alternatively, inspection by prior appointment (24 hours - notice).

Currently there is no incentive for tenants to look after a property; the proposed changes do put some of the liability back on the tenant, but not as much as it could be.
Removing the ‘per incident’ line as part of the recommended amendments for the RTA may mean high bills for landlords.

Through the prism of the songs they pen four influential women song writers and performers will discuss the creative and political practice of telling and disseminating stories.
Chaired by RNZ’s Kirsten Johnstone the panelists will discuss issues around gender perspective and the power of voicing autobiographical experiences. This panel discussion will shed light on the importance of telling previously untold stories, and how this very act politicises the personal.
Panelists will perform a selection of their songs during the evening. Beer Baroness are the proud supporters of this event.

She is very timid and does not go outside much. We think she may be lost and would greatly appreciate it if you could keep an eye and ear out for her. She is 17 years old, a tortoise shell type colouring, medium length fur. IF YOU SPOT HER PLEASE CALL / TEXT KIRSTY on 021 447 012 and I will come and try and coax her out. If you have a shed or garage that may be shut it would be great if you could check in them. We have had her for her 17+ years and are desperate to reunite her with us and her pug mate Dot who is sitting by the door waiting for her. Please share this with your neighbours. Greatly appreciate you reading this. Kirsty and Dot
