Police would appreciate the assistance of the community to identify who this male is so we can stop this behaviour.  If you are subject to this inappropriate behaviour, and the male is still present, then please call Police immediately on 111.
If you are aware of who this male might be or have any information that may assist then please contact me on (04) 387 5706 or by email hamish.blackburn@police.govt.nz.   Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
