Could there be a better place to work from home?
Stunning views while you work and lovely bays to walk, run or bike around at lunchtime.

Sitting above Worser Bay with majestic views over the new yacht club to Seatoun, Eastbourne and the harbour entrance beyond, this light, bright and airy townhouse is the perfect lock and leave alternative to an apartment.

Incredible open living with vaulted ceiling, topped with a full wrap-around skylight, makes the most of the sun while wide bi-folding doors lead to a generous deck - perfect for entertaining or just soaking in the view.

Two of three large double bedrooms on the lower floor also enjoy the views while the third looks into the sheltered courtyard. A private deck can be accessed from the main bedroom. The gorgeous bathroom is fully tiled and offers a sophisticated experience. A separate, second washroom is located upstairs.

Excellent proximity to shops, schools, bus routes, Weta, Park Road and Stone Street Studios, cafes / restaurants, beaches, Wellington airport and the CBD. So close to everything but feels like you're on holiday!

Watch the sun rise from behind the Orongorongo mountain range in the morning. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck as the sun fades in the evenings. Listen to the waves breaking gently as you fall asleep and wake up in the morning.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
