What happens when a stack of rusty tins containing rare footage of the 1931 Napier earthquake is uncovered? This exhibition explores how Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision archivists preserved this and other taonga. Features a 20-minute showreel of earthquake footage and other film, as well as exhibits explaining how Ngā Taonga preserves our audiovisual heritage.

Date: Monday to Friday & Saturday until 22 February 2020| Time: 9am to 5pm weekdays, 9am to 1pm Saturdays | Cost: Free | Venue: Te Puna Foundation Gallery, Te Ahumairangi ground floor
