Me + a lovely Burmese looking for a room to rent
Hi all, I'm a friendly 35 yo cafe worker (kelburn) with warm personality & positive vibe! I'm based in northland at the moment but am looking for a place to hopefully rent long term for me & my lovely 11yo cat :) He is a very good cat - doesn't scratch on furnitures/carpets - he has his own scrathing pad that he loves + he is litter trained since a kitten & do not jump on human's bench. I can provide 2 last rental references too while living with my cat. I always keep tidy & clean , cooking + general hygiene are very important for me. It is my 14th year in Welly, so I do have a few belongings (clothes, piano & TV & records) so ideally I will need a bigger room & an extra storage space in garage would be handy too.
