Come and join us in an exercise class where you:
馃憜 Have your abdominal separation checked, and exercises adapted to suit your needs while keeping your pelvic floor safe
鉁岋笍 Work out while your baby rests on you in a exercise approved carrier
馃 Get out of the house every week and do something for you, plus meet some other awesome mamas doing the same thing
Classes are:
馃コ Mondays 10am in Miramar
馃槑 Tuesdays 10am in Brooklyn
馃ぉ Thursdays 12.15pm in Newtown
The term will begin on Monday 10th February and run for 8 weeks, ending on Thursday 2nd April.
Cost for the term is $90 for one location, or Kanga twice a week for $135.

As part of the City Nature Challenge 2024, we are hosting a Nature Discovery & Play Day at Montgomery Ave Reserve and Karori Skyline filled with an afternoon of fun events!
