We are after a long term tenant at least a year. A family is the ideal.
The house is in Mt Pleasant Rd, has 2 or 3 at a squeeze off street carparks, DVS, air con, nightstore heater. Whiteware, fridge, freezer etc
It’s $800 pw with gardener and monitored alarm systems included. It is available from July.
Pets considered. Native bush and birds, views of city and sea, nearby green belt biking and walking tracks.
