Handyman (or woman) wanted
Kia ora,
We are a not-for-profit located in Willis Street, Wellington. We are looking for a handyman to complete a few jobs for us around the office (attach stuff to walls, put a lock on a door etc). I don't think the jobs are complicated but we have neither the skills nor the tools to do them ourselves. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
