Flatmates Wanted
Hi all,
My flatmates bought a house and are leaving me, so I'm looking for people to replace three rooms in my 4bdrm Newtown home.
Ideal flatmates would be women in their mid-late 20s or early 30s, clean night owls, vegetarian and who love cats as I have a fluffy kitten. Being a Ravenclaw is a bonus.
The house is beautiful and fully insulated, right next to a park with awesome landlords.
No smokers, no couples, no pets beyond my girl.
I've already had a viewing, and have some cool ladies interested, so let me know asap if you fit my highly specific description!
Rent between $125-$155pw, really great updated villa, this place is a rare gem that is warm and dry and rooms are all good sizes (see pics). Looking for ladies wanting a flat family who will stay long term, last tennants were here for many years. Move in on 9th April.
