Forgot I had put this carefully away and I found it when cleaning out my drawers!
It is a beautiful receptacle for safeguarding a Wedding Certificate. Would make a very acceptable wedding gift.
I think it might be pewter but not certain, it is quite heavy.
It has been carefully kept in tissue paper.
